Didja Notice?

On the cover of this issue is a Viper with four laser guns on it, which does not match any known Viper model in BSG2000, nor does it appear in the story. Vipers have only two guns mounted.

On page 1, "Aerilon" is misspelled as "Aerolon".

Adama and Tigh are welcomed aboard the Galactica by Captain Kelly. Kelly is the Landing Signal Officer (LSO) of the battlestar, and is a recurring character throughout the BSG2000 TV series.

In panel 5 of page 1, notice that, docked next to the Galactica at Fleet Headquarters is the Pegasus. Notice, however, that the ships' names are incorrectly depicted on the primary "alligator-head" section of the ships instead of on the hangar bays.

Page 2 reveals that Adama's first mission as commander of the Galactica is a search-and-rescue for Admiral DiMarco's expeditionary ship, lost in neutral territory between Colonial and Cylon space. DiMarco was first seen in "Endings and Beginnings" as commander of the battlestar Columbia.

On page 3, Adama's quarters on the Galactica are depicted as having a viewport, but there is no window at all in the televised episodes.

On page 3, Adama refers to his wife Carolanne as simply "Anne". That is likely the nickname she primarily goes by.

The Chief Medical Officer who talks to Adama aboard the Raptor on page 4, though unnamed here, is Dr. Sherman Cottle, seen throughout the BSG2000 TV series.

After being struck by a heat-seeking missile, the Raptor pilot calls for help, saying, "Krypter! Krypter! Krypter!" As previously stated in "Endings and Beginnings", this term is the Colonial equivalent of "Mayday".

The end of this issue reveals that Adama and the Rapter crew encountered the modern-era Cylon centurions two years before the official first meeting in "Humanity's Children".

The centurions appear to be holding rifles instead of displaying the built in weapons in their arms seen in episodes of the TV series. But when this scene picks up again in the next issue, the rifles are gone and the centurions are displaying their built-in guns.
