Battlestar Galactica: Season Zero
was a 13-issue mini-series published by Dynamite
Entertainment, covering the crew's adventures starting with
Commander Adama assigned to the command of the Galactica,
two years before the fall of the Colonies.

Notice that the face-covering helmets worn by the humanoid
Cylons have a centurion-like look to them.
On page 7, we see two previously unheard of battlestars, Eos
and Universa. The lower ship is seen to be the
On page 8, panel 1, Admiral Landis' dialog is mistakenly given
to Admiral Rohner.
Also on page 8, D'anna tells her Cylon colleagues that Admiral Rohner
has been taken into military custody and she has been left in
charge of the henhouse. This is a play on the old idiom of "the
fox guarding the henhouse", meaning the fox will be able to eat
its fill in such a situation.
Dualla is again referred to as "lieutenant" instead of "petty
officer" as in
The humanoid Cylons take the captured Dane and Boomer to a space
station in orbit near Tauron's outermost moon. The station is
later said by Boomer to probably be an abandoned
waystation left over from the war.
The Cylons who visit Dr. Jonas on page 13 are Numbers One, Two,
Five, and Six.
